Power amplifier controller for WattUp® Wireless Power Systems

EN3921 is a power amplifier controller IC that supports biasing, monitoring and dynamic control of the EN3913M GaN power amplifier. The EN4100 transmitter IC, EN3921 controller, and EN3913M GaN Power Amplifier combined power WattUp®-enabled receivers. Applications include RF-based wireless power for IoT sensors, RF-tags, Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), edge devices and more.

  • Configurable sequencer for PA power-up and power-down
  • Programmable interrupt controller and auto-shutdown for error conditions such as over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, or over-VSWR.
  • One-time programmable (OTP) memory
  • Peripheral interfaces: 6 GPIO, 5 ADC, 2 DAC, 2 LDO’s, 2 Power Detectors, 1 IRQ
