Chief Scientist / Vice President
Mr. Phil Kelly became the Company’s Chief Scientist and Vice President in April 2014. From 2004 to 2007 and 2008 to 2014, Mr. Kelly was an engineering specialist at Northrop Grumman working on advanced research and development projects. From 2007 to 2008 he was Chief Scientist at PureWave Networks, an equipment provider for low cost, high capacity wireless data communications. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Kelly was Director of Systems Engineering at BeamReach Networks, and System and Algorithms Engineer at Radix Technologies working on high-performance wireless systems exploiting multiple antenna technologies. From 1988 to 1995, he was a member of the technical staff at Applied Signal Technology, a provider of advanced intelligence products and systems. Prior to 1988 he was assistant professor and lecturer at the University of Idaho, the University of California at Davis, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Mr. Kelly received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis.
